As a Regreener, you go the extra mile to create a better world. Recognizing the climate problem is one thing, educating your friends is another, but actively supporting initiatives to reverse climate change shows that you really care.

 

With this climate action, you create the building blocks of an early forest. Not only are you planting two trees, but you are also providing two farmers with the necessary Farmer Field School tools and resources to make their farming practices sustainable.

What happens with your contribution?

Now, you probably ask yourself 'well nice idea, but what happens with my €30, -?'

 

We dedicate €10, - so that the farmer can plant two trees. To stimulate ownership among farmers, we use a voucher system where farmers choose what trees species they plant. When farmers choose their own trees themselves, they take better care of these trees. Hereby, we ensure that your trees are in good hands.

 

Now, you probably think 'all right, but what about the other €20, -?' Yes, we reserve €10, - for the NGO Shalom who trains farmers on sustainable agricultural practices. Another €10, - is used for organic products for farmers, such as neem oil as biopesticide and press cake as biofertilizer.
